Ok...anyone have a pic of their scent post sets? Specifically where trap placement is in relation to the post.

I went to remove a scent post and make it a compass set because of no catch and there’s hair all over the “post” I transplanted there, so apparently it’s being used. The issue is I haven’t caught anything at it. Been using Caven’s Feline Fix on the post. It’s in a grassy area so can’t see any tracks, but can make out tracks in the road it’s near. Both coyote and cat.

I don't have a picture but just set trap as you would a normal dirt hole or flat set. Canines will go up and smell it first, just like any other set, then move into position to mark.
