It has come to my attention that I’ve got a little bugger living in my garage. I put a up a coni box with a good smear of pb. I guess we’ll see if we get ‘em.

Yes they like wiring covering because it is soy bean based

dont know whats in wiring,old wiring had petroleum additives i think.,i have trapped many out of houses with that old black rubberized coating probably 100 yrs old. Chewed off in huge areas.

Years ago had red squirrels chipmunks and mice in a garage I stored Straw bales in. After a bit they all were gone. Kind of thought it was odd. Until I found the bag of field corn seed I had in there was about empty. Found it stuffed in about every nook and cranny. Am sure the pink coating on the seed is why they met there demise.
