Thinking about going this route .Would it be essentially putting the cart before the horse to have it built ,then at a later time have the concrete installed ?If not ,what would you use as flooring to limit the moisture ?Wanted something ASAP ,more for storage to eliminate the attached garage ,and turn that into more living space .looking to go 24x36 .

Normally contractors poor the floor after the building is constructed anyway so waiting should not be a problem. Well you will probably have to adjust/hang your overhead doors again after you poor the floor due to the elevation change of the floor.

I can't think of anything that would hold up to vehicle uses long that would eliminate moisture.

1. Get checked out by a heart doctor before looking at current building prices.

.2 build it 2x bigger than you think you will need and it still will be to small.

Our pole shed has a concrete flooring in the shop and where we keep the 4-wheelers and tractor is gravel.

I know several guys that have got the floors poured after. You don’t have to worry about rain
