We all knew it was going to happen. I've seen this posted several times, has anyone got a confirmation on it?

I have a hard time conceptualizing a 25% price increase on primers when there are no primers frown

Considering that I am paying 25% more for powder at the LGS when I can find it, that doesn't sound too bad. But. like White17 said, what primers? Luckily I am well stocked with primers.

It amazes me that they actually change money at all for the crap brass they produce.

I would get cracked necks on Winchester brass sometimes after two reloads on some calibers. Their primers are pretty soft too, run the risk of slam fires on Garand loads, etc. Not that I wouldn't snap up a brick if I could find one..

On my 223WSSM brass I had 30% split necks right out of the box.

I have good luck with Winchester brass. Remington brass would split after a couple loadings in my 7mm STW but I have got some Winchester brass that I have loaded 4-5 times

That is the increase to the retailer, who will pass more than those amounts on to eager customers.
