OntheOttawa OP trapper O Joined: Nov 2013 Posts: 35 Western Quebec, Canada	I have been looking to buy a 16ft utility tiller aluminum boat and have narrowed it down to Mirrocraft or Alumacraft. Does anyone own one of these or used one ? If so how did it come up on plane, handle rough water, heavy loads or anything else that comes to mind?? What ever i purchase it will have a 20-25hp on it. Thanks for any info. Q

Haven't had a problem with the boat or trailer all these years NYSTA, NTA, FTA, life member Erie county trappers assn.,life member Catt.county trappers

concrete man trapper C Joined: Jan 2016 Posts: 1,315 Indiana	I have the alumcraft with 20 horse nission good on gas quite easy to pull start but if had to do over get electric start.

I did a lot of shopping around and settled on the Alumacraft because I liked the quality and have a dealer close by. Honestly though, I think you'd be ok either way.
