having done a cow now ,with 2-3 people it isn't bad at all
sure helps being able to use the tractor and forks to lift as I skin.
a good winch and meat pole could work also.
here is the lesson in butchering , get used to soup
there is a lot of soup bones and hamburger in a cow and not that many steaks
I am just worried that with all this increase in meat price and supply issues my free meat sources , some of which are road side I brake for flashing lights if the temp is below 40 I am looking for free meat.
you know no one ever asked me for road kill
a few people have asked me if what I brought to the potluck was road kill
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

It's all about control. Trump warned us. "They're not after me, they are after you. I'm just in their way." But some people vote foolishly based on personality and not weather a guy can run the country or not. I'd rather have a jerk that knows what he's doing than a nice guy that doesn't have a clue.
