This has been discussed as being an industrial floor sealer. Has anyone on here ever used it on a linoleum floor?

No, I haven't. But I am a professional finisher & flooring installer. Linoleum doesn't take coatings very well because it's a sealed glossy surface. It's always preferable to remove linoleum for another reason: the backing material is a mold farm. Probably 80% of linoleum I peel up has mold growing in the white/gray backing even if the surface looks perfect. I could post some disgusting pictures of mold under linoleum.

Also, even if you put a coating on it and it sticks, there's still the potential for the plastic layer to peel up eventually and take the coating with it.

If I was going to coat linoleum like you're describing, I would get it super clean, dry and use a coating or primer that says it'll bond to plastic.

I don't know about flooring, but I did spend the last two weeks removing it from 7 dozen traps. It sticks really good and was a pain to remove.

The trap part I know.
The flooring part was a question, and the answer will just have me moving to the preferred option of replacing with new flooring.

Thanks for the information.
