My kidney doctor and gastric doctor both say eat healthy veggies and very little meat. Seems to be working. I get to add fish in two weeks. Chicken and beef will be a problem for my small stomach.

So yes to your question about a healthy plant based diet.

My creatinine levels have been above normal. I went to a nephrologist who told me to drink a lot of water every day. I did, and my creatinine level dropped closer to normal. I have always eaten a lot of vegetables, but also eat a lot of meats and fish too.

My creatinine levels have come down also. I only have one kidney. I drink 64 oz of water per day now and very little meat.

I use a gram of beaver castor with a 1/4 tsp of pure skunk quill in a spray bottle and put it on my boots everyday. Since I have used it even in Walmart no one has come close enough to infect me or inject me.

I don't even need the beaver castor and get the same results everywhere I go. laugh

Ditto,
But since I now have the CV-19 antibodies I'm not too worried about getting it again , particularly since I was just prescribe Hydroxychloroquine for some developing arthritis issues in my fingers and wrists; which I might add has nearly eliminated the arthritis symptoms in really short order.

Correct. The "vaccine" neither stops you from getting the disease, or transmitting it to other people. It only helps to possibly reduce the impact of the disease if/when you get it.

I believe the new fangled technology in Pfizer and Moderna has modified mRNA that mimics the spikes structure on the virus which allows it to invade our cells and reproduce. So yes you get the virus, but it can't successfully launch a full scale invasion of your body so it peeters out.

Therefore, those 93% of people who are protected by the vaccine get the virus; but don't get sick or do any significant spreading.... if any all.

I never realized Hydroxychloroquine was good for arthritis. What dosage do you use?

There is absolutely zero scientific data to support this statement. Even the drug makers and the cdc have statements on their websites that say they don't know if it prevents the spread and only claim that it reduces the symptoms of Covid19.

I started with 200mg twice a day, but it worked so good I reduced it to 200mg once a day it seems to be working just fine. Apparently I may have psoriatic arthritis even though I don't appear to have psoriasis; or at least no symptoms. I don't know if that makes a difference or not??

I've used DMSO in the past, but my wife complains because it gives you garlic breath. If my hands get cold ice fishing, my arthritis really acts up.
I assume you need a prescription to get hydroxychloroquine?

Yes, you do need a prescription. Talk to your doctor and get a referral to a rheumatologist, if you don't already have one. The only thing you need to be aware of is they should do an initial eye exam and then one every six months or so. In rare cases hydroxychloroquine can have a long-term negative effect on a very small percentage of people's eyes..
I'm not sure that hydroxychloroquine works on all forms of arthritis, but it's worth a try, it's a cheap and relatively safe drug.

I've heard it's a cheap drug. That's why the doctors and pharmacists in the US don't want to use it to treat covid. Instead, they opted for the more expensive remdisifir.
