I've never seen anything like it. In good shape? It's in great shape and thick heavy steel. I think other then being awkward to clean out it might be a good stove. Weird though, never seen vents like that.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

I wonder if it was made to burn coal. Not charcoal but the real stuff, I think Id try it out outdoors before setting it all up in your trap shed. Yep I bet you are right. The old woman I was talking about said she used to burn coal but we no longer had any nearby mines that would mess with anyone getting coal.

Catch, you sure it's steel? Most of those old stoves were cast iron, and if you had a crack or broken spot, they're about impossible to fix! Good question Lee. It's about a hour from me and the people said it was steel but you may be right!!

I will have to look now, but think the one I have sitting along side my garage is similar. Been there for years now.. It belonged to my Father in law and he used it to heat his garage. Burned the scrap from bandsaw cuttings made for the wood crafts my wife and her mother made. If I recall it has just 2 vents on top..I don't know where he got that stove. Think he bought it new though would have been early to mid 1990s.. Now you got me wondering what I got??
