"Conviction" wasn't the right word, it's a civil case thus far. Maybe there will be an indictment down the road but I doubt it.

I'm all for him being prosecuted. He had no right to shoot her, she was unarmed. Tresspassing. Yes. But no weapon involved on her part.

I work in Law Enforcement, but wrong is wrong.

I hope her kids and husband receive a settlement and those kids are well taken care of.

She was unarmed, attacking nobody, she got murdered by a yet unnamed person, sticking a gun out of a mostly closed door. What is not accurate? Being inaccurate is reporting a police officer was killed, then finding later he died away from the capital from health reasons. a stroke to be accurate.

Whats written as law doesn't really matter -- even according to our lawyers -- it is legal precedent. The precedent has been set by the left (no prosecution). Are our lawyers as corrupt as the politicians? Is our justice system as broken as our health care system? How many of "our" lawmakers are lawyers?

The police officer should be charged with at least manslaughter since she was unarmed and posed no threat. If an unarmed BLM was killed by a police officer in their so called “peaceful protests”, the left would be screaming for the officers head. But since she was a trump supporter, it is okay for her to be murdered.
