If a fella had more than he could use, where is a good place to market them? It seems a lot of places won't let a person sell ammo, guns or any other 2A stuff!

Obviously gun shows. I doubt from what I read between the lines; you have enough to rent a table and man it all day.
So, You buy a ticket and shop, as usual, with a sign that says something like: "Primers for sale"
If you haven't dumped them in ten minutes (which would surprise me) offer them as payment, or partial payment for some of that good stuff on one of the vendor's table.

The problem is shipping them. Much easier to sell locally. Have to have all the hazmat certification and such to ship them I believe.

some just sold online auction for 140 a thou. On Gunbroker they have been going for $150-200 plus shipping. Small rifle is starting to come down to the 150 level. A local on line auction they brought 170 plus. That was a month ago

The problem is shipping them. Much easier to sell locally. Have to have all the hazmat certification and such to ship them I believe. When my wife bought that sleeve of 100 LR primers a while back... $40/100 (I choked when I found out)... they showed up wrapped in newspaper in a manila envelope. I had a brief moment where I considered reporting the guy to USPS... Out of retaliation for highway robbery I suppose... But I got over it and instructed my wife not to buy anymore. I'm sure the postmaster would probably have a coronary if he/she found out how many primers are being shipped incognito right now. Lol Mike

4H trap shooting by the boy caused me to get fleeced today when I bought 1000 #209s online. I'll bet next time you'll be prepared.

Some jackwagon in the classifieds section of the paper here has had boxes of 1000 advertised for $200 each! He is part of the problem and I hope that the $20 a week he's paying to run the add eats up any possible profit. Doesn't seem like anybody is buying them from him, as he's had them advertised close to a month now. Either that or he's got a crap ton of them.
