There is myfishfinder... but I believe its sister hard-water forum, Iceshanty, is more active during the soft-water season.

Take a look at Fishing Stage.com . Several thousand registered users that cover the entire country. I have been a member for a couple of months and not seen any BS. Tons of viable answers for any question one has. I was heading for the White River in Arkansas a couple of months ago and asked for any tips on the Trout there. Had several reply's in an hour.
