Installed a bosch heat pump.last spring. Heat and cool tne house for less then 2$ a day. House feels like a freaking meat locker.

I'm not a fan of heat and especially humidity. We fired up the AC two weeks ago when that heat wave hit and other than a few nights have been running it since. I've had the AC running in the shop also to keep the humidity down.
Eh...wot?

I turn on a small portable unit if it's about 75 in here, that unit will handle a few rooms for a little while, then it's hopeless, lol.
I tend to quit moving in the heat.

Not a fan of AC. Never had it growin up and could do without it now. Heat never has bothered me. Haha. Spend a Summer in South Georgia and you’ll gladly pay for AC and an electric bill no matter how high it is. Then again you may just like never feeling clean. Couldn’t imagine taking a shower and wiping off sweat the minute you step out, lol. I don’t think I could sleep at night in temps like that either.

Guess you get used to it. Spent well over 20 years working in paper mills. Nothing more humid than that. Now I cast 2700 degree iron from a blast furnace. Temps around 90 feel kinda nice.
