Sterling says they are just about out of items and they could not contact the recent maker in order to resupply. Montgomery Fur don't even have Mast lures listed in their online catalog anymore. I understand the lure was being made in California. Thanks for any information.

When Frank Terry took over the lure business, he continued that tradition. I talked with Frank when the FTA convention was in Oregon (1976?) and he said it was getting more difficult to get some of the ingredients but was doing the best he could to maintain the high standards. Also, he was reluctant to raise the price. I think at that time an ounce bottle was $1.75 or $2.25. Imagine what the price would be today. LOL When Frank sold the lure business - 1990s ?? - I’m not sure the same high standards were continued. Some member here knew the contact information of the person that still recently made Mast lures. I remember it was from the northern part of California. Also, The Mast coyote food lure is a good one.

Wild cherry muskrat was so sweet, a person might be tempted to taste it.
