Back door way to know where you are at all times as well as more taxes to do so. Sure is a lot more folks then 20 years ago willing to give up our freedoms without a whimper even.

OK, the only fair taxes are user taxes.
So, it the government thieves want to tax me per mile, why don't they drop the gasoline tax? That is already a per mile road tax. Anyone ever know any government to relinquish a tax once it's in place?

I have no children in school, should I have to pay school taxes? More children in school higher taxes? Wait until you retire and depend upon the productivity of that generation. Jim

When the bill comes due it is most likely the baby boomers and gen xers are going to get told to go fly a kite by the younger generations. But not that polite.

So we already have vehicle sales tax, registration tax, and gas tax. I think that ought to cover it.

Gas tax is a user tax. Hit the electrics with a road tax! Can’t do that yet, gotta give incentives until everyone drives electric, then you hit em with the electric vehicle tax. Politics 101, incentivize voters to conform, and then when they do switch the script and call it “for the greater good”

Wait until you retire and depend upon the productivity of that generation. Jim If I have to depend on the productivity of the generation coming up now, I'm in trouble. I'll depend on my own productivity, thank you very much! Now if someone would just make that generation depend on their own productivity and leave mine alone it would be a lot easier.

You all talk about the younger generation like they’re no good, but statistically they’re in better shape than most of you were at their age by a long, long ways.

How do you feel about property tax? I paid taxes on the income when I made it and sales tax when I bought it but now I am forced to continue renting it from the government. Add in they raise that tax almost yearly. Personally I agree with most user taxes. The one tax I'm admittedly against is property tax. In theory if you own the right land and can be self sufficient you should be able to live off of it with no payment. But....with property tax you must have income, well then you have to pay income tax.
