henpecked1 OP trapper H Joined: May 2018 Posts: 759 new york	This image is from an early TRAPPER, I was at this demo, I was home on leave from the Army and went to the NYSTA convention. First time I met Johnny Thorpe, My memory says he lost the contest, He was given a thawed beaver that actually fell apart as he was skinning it. It was a rotten beaver. The players all had a good laugh slipping Thorpe that beaver. Trappers never change, but I did not forget it, as Johnny took it in stride. Being good or better than some always makes you a target; lifes lessons
