old243 OP trapper O Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 603 ontario, canada	I have several supers of honey filled and capped. I was wondering about taking it off, and storing it for a couple of weeks , then extract all at once rather than doing it twice.. My question , how long will it be ok to wait. I don't think there is any canola honey in it, I know it crystalizes real fast. Goldenrod is just about to start here. Would appreciate your opinion. Old 243
