Well, I've been married to the love of my life for 11 short years as of today. With life getting in the way a bit, the only "special" thing I could manage will be a Wagyu ribeye dinner with garden tomato salad, sweet corn and grilled zucchini wedges.
The building blocks of dinner are coming together...

The 3rd ribeye is AAA Angus for the kids to split...yep, kids are home for our anniversary LOL. Hopefully a great steak will make up for my lack of planning and creativity.

I took a Waygu Brisket to the NTA this year everyone seemed to really like it. Ill be buying another one good stuff!! Happy Anniversary!

If any of you all can find this Italian red over in the USA, I highly recommend it. It is a refermented valpolicella and it is excellent
