It's true, they don't make em like they used to. Got her all cleaned up and fired on the first pull. Been at least 15yrs before someone bothered at her. Almost forgot there for a second how much I hated working on carbs.... Manual pic for more fun. Written in 76', semi-proof these Darwin award warnings aren't necessarily new. Round about 85' Circa 21'

Original tires, always kept on blocks - used to cuss under my breath when gpa made me put it up everynight on em. Smart man he was.
Gonna buy some 3x100 adapters soon and retire them for good. Borrowed time is an understatement.

By the looks of the foot pegs and kick starter that thing looks nearly in mint condition. I wonder why it was never ridden? 51 years, really? I didn't think I was that old.

I get a certain kick bringing back the dead. I feel almost like Dr. Frankenstein.
" IT IS ALIVE " ........lol
I've brought back cars that have not been started in 20-30 and even 40 years.
Not too long ago , I started a 1981 Honda passport II moped. Had not run in many years , on the road now , daily usage. Parts are still somewhat alvailable.
Kudos , DaYooper14 for bringing back the dead.
