I think that will quickly shorten the useful life of a lot of those aircraft......especially the rotary wing stuff. And.......it may very well shorten the lives of a few Taliban also

The tribal leaders rule like the mafia and its just taken as a given. When a solider gets paid he automatically gives it to his chief. You ask them why or about corruption they dont see it that way. Its their way of paying taxes and the chief them takes care of them and their family.
