Bought a new washing machine May 28th. When I bought it, the lady there said she would send in the warrantee and put it on file so they have it since people forget to do that. I said fine. I have the receipt on my credit card statement so whatever. Two weeks ago it stopped agitating so I call the place I bought it, tell them what's wrong, tell them they sent the warrantee in and filed it in their shop so they send a couple guys over in a few days. Guys are here 15 minutes, replace an actuator and leave. I go to the mailbox today and there's a bill for $137.80! Looks like I'll be chewing someone's butt over the phone in the morning.

I doubt any warranty's these days will cover labor, Parts only. You can file a complaint with the CC Co, but I doubt it will do you any good.

The wife’s dish washer quit a few weeks ago the guy came out from 90 miles away fixed it and no charge it was under warranty. He did get 3 dozen eggs for his troubles.
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

The creek is made of crap. Crap (or the real name of it blocked by the Tman filter) Creek doesn't flow very fast, if at all. So whether you are up Crap Creek or down and don't have your paddle, you are crap out of luck.

Well, it's a family owned business and "Mom" was taking over for the daughter while she was on vacation. She apologized and said it was a "mix up" . Told me to throw the bill away and she will take care of it.
