Been several years ago I loaned a few coyote traps to my wife's cousin.. He recently sold his home bought a fifth wheel camper and is going to do the snow bird thing. He called ask was I going be home he wanted to return traps he borrowed. Be honest I figured I'd never see them again been that long. He shows up drops off all the stuff I loaned him. I start looking it over and in it is a couple bottles lure I left with him to use. One is bottle Dobbins Red Fox Gland the other is Appalachian Lure & Baits, Come Here Fox & Coyote? I can't read on the label where the Appalachian lure is made or by who. I googled and came up with fish bait company? I've never been someone keeps to good a notes. I do know that I was either given or purchased this jar lure as a test lure. My limited info I have is I got it at 2014 NTA as a test lure. Which usually means it was given to me to test in my area on my line?? I've been dropped on my head enough times in last few years. With out looking it up I don't even recall where 2014 NTA was held?? I do know I would not have passed this bottle of lure to my wife's cousin if I had doubt it would work. I also know he caught coyotes in the few sets he made right in his yard. So what is it I have here? labels not in best shape. Mac

You are lucky you got your stuff back. I learned long ago you never lend anyone a rifle, traps or your wife, well maybe your wife ,but not the other two. Iv loaned one rifle, a cricket to a co-worker friend abt ten years ago. I guess he’s still got it-I Guess.

Does keep them forever and when you finally get them back you find he ground off your name and replaced it with his own, like my brother likes to do?
