Never had fried oysters....but they are amazing simmered in buttah and seasonings.
Y'all be makin me hungry .... I love oysters any way I've had them but they can easily be over cooked when frying. Other than fresh shucked I love me some oyster stew.

Fried crawfish tails is my 1st. Oysters, shrimp, frog legs, catfish, white perch, chicken. I just gained five pounds, just thinking about it! Sounds like we need to get together and cook
If it makes a track on this earth , I can catch it.

Bloody marys? We used to do a fish fry, had 6 fryers going feeding around 100 guests. Fish, chicken, shrimp, alligator, elk, bear, moose, crab rangoon rolls, jalapeno rolls, fries, onion rings, fried oreos, funnel cakes, fried donuts, fried cherry and apple wontons, mushrooms, cauliflower, mini-corndogs, hushpuppies, cheese balls,,,,,, all from scratch, hand battered or breaded. Cooked for about 1.5-2 hours straight. No one left hungry! Huge bonfire and beverages to follow.

Fried catfish, okra, green tomatoes, gizzard, squash. Boy, said like a true Georgia Cracker! There is not a menu that is any better than this one. Makes me hungry just thinking about it.

Fried Spam, or thick Bologna, with a thick slice of "Home Growed Tomater" on it.
