Which of those is going to better eating? Well, my wife made some incredible hot sauce with some habaneros I grew, so bear tacos will be in the running But bacon wrapped BBQ duck breast is a strong contender...

Which of those is going to better eating? But bacon wrapped BBQ duck breast is a strong contender... Add a sliver of jalapeno pepper, and a small wedge of pepper jack cheese. Wrap the whole thing in bacon.

Very interesting. Just had a friend last week send me a pic. of a redhead hen they shot in New Brunswick. She is a duck biologist and says something about the head is different in the hens of the two species. That a western bird gone way astray in N.B.
More things are a changing.

Looks like the Canadian limit for ducks is a bit more generous than ours. Nice big woodies!! We usually have a lot of juvies around here before they split the scene.
