We were out scouting for a new deer stand location and I saw a Small hognose snake. My Son in law took some time to show his kids ...the kiddos loved it.

hognose are one of my favorite snakes. they are usually really chill. that is an older snake full grown for sure very cool!

Haven’t seen one of those in a long time, always liked them, their a fascinating animal and can make a decent pet if you take into account their preferred pray that is, but most are not hard to feed

I've seen them 6x that size in our region.
