Low protein levels make children grow up to be weak brained liberals.

I did try one of those veggie burgers that are sold in packaging boxes in the freezer section of a grocery store, long ago. Years ago.
Some friends were trying them out of curiosity . So they offered me one. What the heck....I eat veggies in their natural form ....just as long as there were no weird unknown ingredients in it. Looked like hamburger and cooked in a skillet like one. It tasted similar to very lean meat...but still carried a bland taste. It sure didn't have that filling feel of the protein with substance and fat mixed in , as the real thing. The feeling that fills you and keeps you working in sub zero winters....
Interestingly, in a few minutes it seemed as I had nothing at all of substance , and felt I needed to eat all over again. I suppose nowadays those can be mixed with coconut oil, or other veggie based oil to replace the fat protein content, but I haven't had another since .

Thirty minutes later you want to do it again !

I wont make judgemnts on it until I try it,like White said.
Even if it tastes good and I like it,it wont replace meat in my diet, just like chocolate and chips dont.
Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.
