I like it. Cuts down the maintenance of my traps. Some think it helps their canine catch, some say that it hurts. I'd advise anyone thinking about using it for canines run some some traps FMJ'd and some your normal method.
Do have to let it cure before putting the traps in a container.

When it is time to retreat traps, is it easy to remove the coating? No need to take it off. Powerwash the traps then dip again as needed.

What if you want to remove the the coating permanently? Back down to clean steel? It’s a trap.....not a frame off GTO restoration..!! ....Who in their right mind needs to get a trap back to bare steel.....

There’s things I like and dislike about it, but all in all it held up well and I still caught coyotes and fox with it.

Used it on my traps for the first time this year. Haven't trapped with them at all but I like the way it goes on it's super easy!

I've used it,I've got nothing bad to say about it.It worked,I think my problem is I dyed and wax the old way for so long I'm not comfortable doing it any other way.I'd rather use FMJ anyday over the speed dips that mix with fuel.I tried them once, what a absolute mess.

It's not bad, it will catch critters just fine. Only issue I had was rusting under the coat(s).
For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer.
