Sat an sun terrible headache an yesterday afternoon gone an then woke up after go bed 11 pm no headache an woke up 430 terrible headache, end up take 4 Tylenol , off an in for months , 1 eye watery an itchy times to, I told doc about it at physical but did t say much, just some ppl get the or allergy's or sign of stroke ? Have had lot sinuis problems bfore, the pain in front head mostly when have them, also notice in fall when trap starts, headaches alot outdoors until winter comes one eye just got itchy again, has be allergy related

Yep coonman migraines suck. Grew up having them. They would come out of nowhere. Only dark and quiet could be tolerated. Grew out of the constant ones but have one occasionally and like you would wake up with one in full progress. Tylenol and benedryll are the only things that help. Benedryll will help you sleep it off.

Imitrex injection is the solution for migraines. It actually eliiminated mine. One shot in the belly, 20 minutes of agony, and poof they were gone. Haven't had one in 15 yrs.

I had heavy thumping headaches for years until I found out I was allergic to chocolate and almonds, you might try try an allergen test, was cheap for me, insurance paid for the majority of it.

Was not the most comfortable thing to deal with, but when I eliminated the majority of those two things, almonds completely, chocolate I take a couple Tylenol or Na-Paroxen before having it, addicted to brownie's, LOL, they went away in about two weeks.

Could be from allergies or sinus issues, I used to get them all the time now it's just from eating certain things or even breathing certain things.

Constant headaches can be a serious issue.

Its probably high blood pressure headaches caused by poor diet.

Stop eating sugar, lower your carbs, = less rice, bread, potatoes processed foods. See if they go away. You will lose weight.

If you stop eating vegetable oil ie soybean, canola your joint pain might go away too.

Diet plays a big part in your daily aches and pains I have learned.
