[/quote] No, but there is a difference between chasing down a guy who is already speeding............and having an undercover officer find the same guy in a bar, buying him 6 beers.....then asking if that is his Vette outside......asking for a ride then goading him into "come on you pansy......lets see what this baby will do"......and then arresting him for speeding while under the influence.

The comparisons are getting a little far fetched. I don’t know all the details but I do know if you are going to run a gun shop you had better know the rules and play by them.
