Prove him wrong lol Pistols must be Drop Safe approved along with other safety qualifications prior to being released to consumers. I believe the Drop Safe feature became a requirement in1968. It would be easy to prove, take the gun to the range, shake it, drop it with a blank or live round. Strip it completely to inspect. Record it and play the video in the court.
