Serfs of Trudeau may be more appropriate. Quick to criticize our faults while glossing over their own.

Let Freedom ring. But at least you’re winning. Hiw would you ever understand never having the gun rights. We see how quickely you will trade rights for imiaginary solutions and precieved safiety. Add in knife attacks, vehical attacks ect.. want safity live in a prison. Once again ya that wont be safe either.

FG, about as good as it is for your very recent find in Nebraska at Indian Boarding School, or Oklahoma in august. We both suck at that one.
PF, 288 to 2 school shootings isn’t exactly perceived safety in schools. It’s seems 144 times safer, or 14.4 if one is accurate in taking population into account. Math is hard for some though.

You get punked by a American tourist on a fishing trip? These things are bad, but you north of the border men like to point fingers and squeak an awful lot. Why is that? And it's not just you...

How do you figure our population. Dont forget to add in the millions of 3 rd world invaders to your #'s. Amazing you think being restricted makes you safe. Its just hard to understand. I prefer to be unrestricted and responsiable for my own safety. Amazing i have never had an issue other than a 19 year old running a traffic light and killing one of my sons. Vehicals kill many more than guns. Yet I dont think banning vehicals or raising the driving age is a good idea. I dont expect you to understand. Keep being a good subject enjoying your chains.

Freedom isn't free. Just because some abuse guns, a practical means of self-defense, doesn't mean government should take away that right.

Rampage leaves 18 dead in Canada’s worst mass shooting April 2020
Mass shootings are relatively rare in Canada. The country overhauled its gun-control laws after gunman Marc Lepine killed 14 women and himself at Montreal’s Ecole Polytechnique college in 1989. Before this weekend’s rampage, that had been the country’s worst mass shooting.
Trudeau said Monday his government would introduce further gun control legislation prohibiting military-style assault weapons, a measure that had already been planned before the coronavirus pandemic interrupted the current parliamentary session.

Jim James, I’ve read your posts on here for a long, you seem very reasonable. I’m not suggesting you give up all of your guns. I have a bunch myself. But clearly there is something wrong with system currently in place. Yes, nothing is perfect but obviously a situation better than the current one would be safer for kids in American schools or people in malls etc. I’m very aware things can happen anywhere, any time but simple math shows that the problem is insanely disproportional to the rest of the world. If you can’t step back from that a tiny bit and think we need to change something then the constant 2a preaching has worked to perfection. The GOP blocked a bill to expand background checks days after the most recent shooting. Seriously, what’s wrong with expanded background checks? PF, the math is easy, I actually used numbers that benefit you a little to say that a kid is 14 times more likely to get shot in a school there. I gave you 350 million, (high), I gave us 35 (low) That gives you ten times the people but you have 144 times the shootings. So 14.4 times more likely. Dirt, I’m well aware that things are not perfect here either and that despite everything you try something bad will occur but I don’t think you want to compare masa shooting numbers from your country to anywhere really. That’s the crazy thing, most of the world can admit something doesn’t work or is crappy, why can’t Americans? It’s not as if I am on the take away all guns side, that extreme is every bit as crazy as the guy who needs to hold an m60 in his family Christmas photo. (Well, almost as crazy) It’s like Feeding Grounds trying to throw residential school deaths in my face not even likely knowing that problem is very much a USA problem too, it wasn’t just Nebraska and Oklahoma that confirmed it since our country did. We as a country sucked in that one, admitting it is easy, it’s okay. Can we move forward positively? I hope so. It’s worth a try at least. FG thinks pointing out truths is a hate for “America”, that’s insane too. I’ve spent a lot of money in the USA, it has great aspects too. Canada has many great attributes and also some we must work on to make things better.

That’s the crazy thing, most of the world can admit something doesn’t work or is crappy, why can’t Americans? Background checks are basicly regrestration. The goverment has no right to be involved in my privet transactions. Its a way forvthem to know where every gun is so they can go door to door. Our 2nd was put in place to keep the goverment and forein threats in check. When we broke away from your crown a large part was when they tried to disarm us. You skiped the fact that whare we have the most shooting and viloance is in the same demicrat controled areas with the most strict gun controle. So yes gun contro will work just like it dies there. Criminals will stay armed and honest people will become unarmed victims. Japan did not invade the US after destroying out pacific fleet and nothing could stop them. Except a rifle behind every bush and people that know how to use them. They knew that and knew better. Our 2nd protects you as well. Just the same as our billions spent on our military protects your country. No one will dare attack you becuse the big bad US will junp on them. Two diffrent countries with diffrent problems. I have not seen a bunch if low life thugs burning your cities while the poliece stand down and media acts like its a peacefull protest not the distructiave vilont riot that they are. I will die before I comply with any further restrictions.

Parents have a responsibility. Gave a gun to a troubled child, and he cried out for help a day earlier.
Where does parental responsibility end? Yep. They are sitting in the same jail as him now. Man it's almost like someone called this on the first page
Gotta live up to the nickname...

I have seen this with some Canadians for over 40 years. I have largely concluded it’s a form of envy. You see the same thing sometimes with people who don’t have faith vs those who do. Kind of a, “man I wish I had that” type of deal. IMO

PF, you’re just regurgitating what the gun industry and its paid politicians has been feeding you. You really think they’re coming door to door for your guns, that’s absolutely laughable. Hunting itself is worth billions to your economy. It’s also your heritage, those won’t be denied.
You’re also cherry picking on where shootings occur, you are right, there are bad Democratic controlled areas, but to think or say there are not bad non democratic controlled areas too right at the top then your only willing to view what someone is feeding you, not actual data easily viewed by anyone who wants.
Have a good trapping season. Sure didn't happen in Austrilia. Guess you have not heard the demicrats saying they want just that. So not getting it from the right or gun industry but strait from the lefts mouth. Yes the most shootings and crime happen in strict gun controle areas controled by demicrats. Funny I dont watch tv or like the NRA but you assume I do. The NRA is not pro gun enought for me. Enjoy living in a country riding on the back of America like so many others enjoy having to regester your pellet guns. ( lookes over at the 10 guns in two corner several that equiped with slincers and are AR platforms shakes head and realizes yes just a small sample of whats here but this guy would think its enought to equip an army) There is no way you can understand having been indoctrinated your entire life.
