At well under 2 min each to skin them, why in the world would you leave them lay? The fresher they are the easier they are to skin too. Not everyone has a fancy skinning machine! After I finish this house I may need to get one. Gonna get a gantry crane and attach a hoist. Will need to figure out the skinning machine operation then.

But 2 min coons is not hard without a machine. I've seen many skinned in under 1 min by hand.
