I had a whole goose(found dead) stuffed into a log cubby guarded with a MB650. The bait was pulled about 15' away and eaten under a large log that is about 20" off the ground.. This happened friday night/Saturday morning prior to a significant snowfall, so there are no tracks/sign. What are your guesses as to what it was?

A whole goose is a big meal at one sitting for a cat or fox. IMO I am suspecting coyote or coyotes. They glutton eat often when presented with an opportunity of a few pounds of meat.

What Bob said.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

My question is, what was the MB650's excuse?
