Flipper 56 OP trapper Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 6,677 Wabash, IN USA	One of my Cuddeback cameras that reports in through cuddelink was a no show so I drove the Ranger out to see if a coon chewed a wire off. Nope, burned to a crisp. It had an auxiliary battery pack and a solar charger. It must have been when it rained last Friday because it would have been a huge fire with my farm in warm season grass. The second pic was what the setup was before it went nuclear on me. "Where Can A Man Find Bear Beaver And Other Critters Worth Cash Money When Skinned?"

Everything is all Cuddeback and the warranty says 1 year or 181 days in the field and it was out 65 days, so we will see what they say. Cell cameras take a lot more juice. Sending pics over the internet takes a lot more power than just taking pics. Especially when set to send every hour or instantly.

Flipper 56 OP trapper Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 6,677 Wabash, IN USA	This was not the cell camera, up to 20 cameras link back to the cell and it texts and emails the pics to me. The camera was 300 the external battery pack was 60 with 6 rechargeable D's and 6 copper top Duracell D's and 50 for the solar charger. Plus the stake it all fits on.
