Wife and I run the youth group at our church and we meet on Thursday nights. She's flying out of Philly with her sister and cousin for a week in Florida. She leaves tomorrow morning. I had to handle the youth group myself tonight. She had to stay home to get some sleep since I'll be dropping her off at her sisters around 3:00am tomorrow.

If you didn't catch it, read the last sentence above again. I just said "Ok". Sometimes there's no point in trying to apply logic to things.

I know with a few decades of sleep deprivation training doing late night and all night work then working all day also

yesterday was a 3:30 am start work till 5pm

12 hour rotating swing shift here. Once you hit the 24 hour mark you are good for another 8 hours. You will be good for a few more after that but I wouldn't drive. When you hit 40 everything goes. On the plus side after that they don't have to put up with you for 8-10 hours.

You have my sympathy.

Just be a nice husband and get her on her way,THEN!!!!, LET THE GOODTIMES ROLL!!!!L

Just out of HS in the 70's I was running tow trucks. Had a big snow storm and we were out for 24 +hrs for a week. I fell asleep standing up winching a car out of a ditch. Pulled that car all the way up to the boom before a cop hollered enough to wake me. I decided I had to go get some sleep....LOL

Sounds like you are about to get a week of peace and quiet.
