Limits harvest to 13" or larger. Season will be from June 1 to September 30. Specifications for trapping devices. About as vague of a statement as I have ever seen. Blank check for a bureaucrat. Please go submit your comments for this crap as soon as possible. How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?
