Do otters sold out west at those auctions typically feet on or just normal put up?

Thanks.

A fair number will have the feet on at idaho, Colorado, Oregon sales.

Otter are a staple in many Native American regalia. They bring more money with feet, so that’s how trappers put them up.

Having said that, feet on otter is a somewhat limited market. Maybe a couple hundred a year at the max. 1000 feet on otter will flood the market.

I can't speak of Colorado sale but here in Idaho we only get a few with feet left on. It is more work but usually adds $5 a piece to them. Rusty

Anything well handled with feet will bring $5 or more than those without at Colorado. But at a limited offering, like Nancy said, 10 or so do well 100 not so much.

Well handled is usually not a problem, unless I slip lol. I was just thinking of trying a few out there to see the interest. I thank you all for the feedback.
