So when I turn on the kitchen light one of the can lights flickers....just now the light stayed on after I shut the switch off. Just one light...the rest went off but they're all on the same switch. How can that be? I'm so cornfused.

If you're comfortable that everything is wired correctly- I would replace the switch with a LED approved dimmer switch. Although not an electrician- I believe the dimmer switch compensates for the lack of resistance within the new lamp- I added LED switches that look like the normal single pole switch but have a slider alongside to adjust voltage to the fixture.
In addition, the run rate amperage of LED's is extremely low but the inrush startup current can be 100x of your run rate amperage

Do you mean electrical?

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Just change the bulb with another led Since the “world “ has gone green and led is about the only bulbs you can find junk bulbs are getting out on the shelves Simple fix and pretty common for one to stay on

Had this happen at the cabin, It was a loose neutral in the switch box.
