greenetrapper OP trapper Joined: Sep 2015 Posts: 749 Broome NY . not the city	I've had a problem with one of their products for about 6 months now .Multiple emails and phone calls with no response. I do like most of their products bit the service sucks . No response at all and I have been a loyal customer for years . Last edited by greenetrapper; 01/27/22 07:49 PM.

Took me about 8 months and when i finally got a part right so got 3 of them so I should be good till items shot. I really don’t know how a part should be such a problem. They are about the only game in town these day

GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 20,207 Green County Wisconsin	I got through to them this summer for one of their bait aerators I had it 2 weeks and it died good idea it runs on 12v and fits in a bucket they did make good on it and send me a new one. it was a long wait on the phone but finally got a person listen to their hours and set your self to call the minute they open, America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
