Pretty good guitar player, but he sure can't sing.

I like Tyler Childers pretty good, but ha got a little too "woke" a little while back for me. His dad works with one of my hunting partners. Tim, Tyler's dad is a hoot to be around. He hunts everything and is dead serious when it comes to hunting.

How did he get woke?

Tyler Childers caved in to the BLM mob. Put out a video on youtube

He put out a video before his last album giving a long talk about equality. It just didn't set well with those of us who hunt with his dad. Tim did some explaining trying to downplay how it sounded to us but it just didn't set well with us. I'm not throwing off on Tyler he is a good ole country boy and has lived the outdoor lifestyle all of his life, Tim raised him outdoors. The video was on you tube a while back unless it's been taken down you should be able to find it.

He did get woke. I like his music. Shame.

I didn't see Sako22's comment before I posted. I didn't think I was the only one disappointed in him. I just talked about it with my hunting partners I guess it wasn't just us because we know him. Sad.

Oh wow!! That's not just a little woke. Well, thanks for ruining another singer for me, y'all, lol. His diatribe makes no freaking sense. If he read the headlines of the local newspapers instead of the just the stories that get played by CNN for days on end, he would see that the instances he described of police violence against white criminals happen even more than they do against black criminals.
