Steak and pizza sounds good actually.



There's a local place here that makes the best steak pizza. It has a white alfredo type sauce instead of tomato then they pile on the chipped steak, cheese, onions, & peppers.

I don't dislike pepperoni but it sure doesn't like me... I prefer to taste my food just once. I don't get that option with pepperoni.

Usually lots of meat and a big bell pepper on top.
Has to be a bit well done for me. Not so much the crust but the toppings.

Hard to beat a straight up pepperoni pizza

But when I kick it up a notch , it's pepperoni , sausage , fresh mushrooms , fresh jalapenos , extra cheese , and lots of black pepper

Yeah! Clams or lobster. Or my personal favorite blue claw crabs!

Maybe Sika deer or something.


Maybe make is an all seafood pizza.

Something from each region.

Yum.

We have a local place that makes a fisherman’s pizza. It is fantastic.

Blue crabs would be awesome and represent them well. I prefer lump over claw meat, but I’ll gladly take both.


So 4 coast pizza would be jalapeño, Canadian bacon, blue crabs, and pineapple plus cheese and sauce, of course. Just to be clear, because I think we’re talking about a new style...?
