I expect more out of America than Russia. The reporting of the press over the past 4 years has not instilled confidence. I’m surprised anyone sees it differently.

Russia shut down a television station and a radio station today and has shut down hundreds of websites. The US is nowhere near that bad.

This seems so Orwellian. War on the other side of the world. Democrats are openly being war hawks, Ukrainian president is an actor, and Russia being aggressive but not with their full force.

As much as I watch them for differing perspective, I wouldn't put too much faith in them. But like I said....it wouldn't surprise me if they did. Typically if a media center is shut down it makes huge waves like what happened in Hong Kong.

The shutdown radio and TV station are both labeled as "independent", which may very well be why none of the mega media outlets are saying much.
