I have had them 5 times. Last time I started to begin each day with 2 12 oz glasses of water EVERYDAY !!! No more stones for me. I passed them all 17 total... My remedy was get you 2 red solo cups Put one in the bathroom to pee in. THey are white inside so you can see them when you pass them. Take the other one and fill it up . Chug it until you think your going to float. Wait 20 minutes chug another one. Keep doing this until they pass room temp is easier to drink. You will feel them move and get sick to your stomach until they hit the bladder then instant relief !! BUT make sure you are about to bust before you pee after it hits the bladder. Urologist warned me you don't want to run out of urine when it starts out the last part .LOL
Blessed man hood is over rated especially when you are passing stones !!!!!!

I think I’ve had 7-8 and none have ever passed because they were all around 5mm. All have been stuck and had to be taken except a couple they blasted in the kidney. I went a number of years free of them until a year and a half ago and had a 8mm. Wound up having 2 surgeries to get it and had to have a catheter in with a pee bag strapped to my ankle for 2 weeks. Had blood clots plug the catheter so a couple trips to ER to be back flushed! This last stone made me a believer now the only water I drink is 2qts of lemon water a day now and have been free of stones.

Have a whole bottle of them all different size's and shapes, have passed them all and everyone gets easier as the pain threshold climbs, I only take a pain pill now if they last more than two weeks to pass and if there is a lot of blood which can denote either a very large one or a very nasty pronged one, which some times have to be removed by sonic blasting or surgery.
Drinking water and keeping moving helps, once you stop or lay down nothing moves the stone around, it just sits until pressure makes it move, you feel this in the tube from the kidney to the bladder, after it enters the bladder, the pain stops unless its a stickery one then the urine stings as it passes to the bladder, it's a guess when it pass's as you don't feel it again until it's flushed out. Some times you get an itch or a ping when it enters the chute though.
Had my largest one stop on the way out just about half way down the chute, that was not pleasant and I poured in the liquid to get it moving again. You don't realize how much you have to push to move them things, fear of having a blockage usually helps ! Have a strainer now after the first two at the ER's, now they are trophy's saved and show and tell to help others with their diets and fluid intake.
It's a lot more than just keeping fluid in ya folks, you must change your diet as well, what type of fluids make a difference to, I shut off all carbonation, all of it, and it helped immensely, toned down the red meat intake as well which also helped.
Every one is different you should take the stones to a urologist to have them analyzed, it will make a difference in your change of diet, knowing what they are made of. One other thing affects having them made as well, mental stress activates some different chemicals in our system's that help bind things together in your kidneys, the more you can control heavy stress the less binders you have to deal with.
I would not wish these stones on my enemy knowing what tiny little things can cause so much pain, I'd just knock them out first, LOL

My son-in-law gets so many of them that they have to blast them about twice a year. I think twice, they've had to remove them surgically. Best of luck to you.
