Ontario Fur Managers Convention 2022 is happening August 26 and 27 at the Bobby Orr Community center in Parry Sound, Ontario.

As president of the Georgian Bay Trappers Council who are hosting the event I would like to invite all to attend.

We are still in need of vendors and donations for auctions.

This event is how the OFMF makes a great deal of its annual money, so please do what you can to help us promote trapping in Ontario and the world.

That's how it started, but the one woman sure brought a lot of outfits for only 3 hrs!

I would love to go and set up a booth, but I don't think they'd allow me to cross the border with a bunch of lures. It would be nice to attend the MI convention the weekend before then drive over there. It would be tight, because the following weekend will be the NY convention, then the WI convention, then the GA convention, then NC convention, all back to back.

If it wasn’t a 20 hour drive I would go.

I don't know, I'm just going by what my friend Jack from St. Marys, Ontario told me. Jack has since passed. Is there some sort of tax that would have to be paid for items sold up there if I were to make the trip?

problem is you could only bring a gallon of Skeeter pee across the line
You are allowed 800$ of personal gifts to bring across with you
but only 50$ triggers a GST duty tax when mailed up

a day in the boat with Hutchy should be on your bucket list
