That's the argument I make every time I hear it. It's discriminating against one to favor another one. Everybody knows it, but we are supposed to make believe we don't see it.

Remember when the most qualified folks for the position were the ones hired? Boy, was that ever stupid.

They can't even define what a women is now?

So can they not just find the offensive coach they WANT to hire, and then ask him to identify as a female?

Racism is always going to be a problem until people stop trying to fix old, often imagined wrongs and just start judging people on their individual merits. Two wrongs won't make a right applies well in the case of racism.

Old wrongs have to be made right thru truth and re conciliation.

Basically, a very small % of the population (which is responsible for a very large % of violent crimes) is being allowed to tell everyone what is 'right'.

The moronic belief that people are responsible for the transgressions of other people from the past, who they may not be even related to, is a large part of what keeps people hating each other. People need to move on together.
