So the shooting took place at 2:00 a.m. after a fight had broken out. There were multiple shooters. No suspects. Sounds like two gangs got into a skirmish. Sounds like a curfew would solve the problem as much as banning guns. And there was a party going on downtown. Ban parties. They're totally unnecessary. And they spread viruses.
