Bigfoot OP trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 2,213 central Missouri	When we had a great pyrenees he kept the blue herons off our ponds . You could catch 2 or 3 limits of big bull frogs off those ponds every year . He's been dead a couple years and you wont see a frog big enough to eat .

A neighbor told me to get a plastic heron and stick that next to the pond as it will stop the real ones from coming. I drove many miles to find one of those plastic things and set it up next to the pond. a couple of mornings after that in the twilight I see two herons at the pond. I was livid, grabbed the scatter gun and shot...... the wrong one. The plastic thing shattered and the real one flew off. the girlfriend fell out of bed and dinged her elbow and was not to happy. It was a rough morning. Let's go Brandon "Shall not comply" with morons who don't understand "shall not infringe."
