Don't forget to get you fur harvest reports in before the 15th.
You're welcome,

I did mine on-line again. Riled me up some because apparently I took too long and when I hit the submit button it took me back to sign -in. ARRGGGG!!!!! Had to type it all over again.
I had to report beaver harvest for 6 counties. Probably why it took so long. LOL

First time online for me. Probably won't do that again. Send in a paper report it costs for the stamp but someone has to take some time and enter it into their system. The odfw web site is very poor. Never has been real user friendly but a lot of others are the same. They set them up thinking everyone has the skills they do. Younger ones probably do. Some of us that have a little age struggle a bit Ted

There is actually an upside for trappers to report their numbers. It provides supportive data for the ODFW biologists to show that populations are doing well, etc etc.
And finally, you still have to provide your trap harvest numbers plus $50 when you apply for your 22-23 license.

Thanks but I will pay the $50 late fee just so the anti Trappers don't have my harvest numbers to publish on the internet for fund raising purposes. Lotta truth in that --- If I thought that my info was actually "helping" in the management of furbearers - I would be shoving it down their throats and more info than they wanted. It has become painfully obvious that the only info they want is what meets their political agenda and has nothing to do with actually managing resources for the betterment of all involved.

The big game reporting , harvest stats , and success percentages are all a skewed mess. I have zero faith in our odfw . 40 year decline in mule deer and they have nothing but excuses , NOTHING , nada , zip , zilch , goose egg

I cannot check the box because I sale fur. As far as providing accurate numbers I claim a politicians privilege to twist the truth for the benefit of my country, family and political party. I would hope you realize that the anti's seize on things like just posted to claim that our numbers are greatly under reported. The above posts do more potential damage than any amount of harvest you would report!

All the government agencies and tribes have been out here in Eastern Oregon building fake Beaver analog dams the last few years. How much longer do you think Beaver trapping will last here in Oregon? Are you saying people are building fake beaver dams? Building fake dams on computer maps?

I hope it lasts for ever? I know its very tuff right now to find something positive (myself included) But we must try. It would be interesting to hear from several game biologists how they use the data we send them?
