My 2 cents one would be better of Reading the Bible regularly themselves and asking for the Holy Spirits revelation.

Just fellas like me have tried reading the Bible and got overwhelmed by the verbiage.
Mark June explains things in a way even I can understand and I appreciate that

The hang up is how does one know his theology is correct? I for one don't always agree with it based off what I read and have revealed to me.

But I do understand the struggle of understanding the Bible sometimes.

I have several questions but will wait a bit untill an ok is given.

B n B -- I can respect that and hope it does also -- Mark definately has a way with words and alot more bible knowledge than I do ( as a maybe 15 year christian) . Both Paul and Mark are good people but there are alot of factors in this request -- If you had asked me to do something that I was an "expert " in -- at this time I would have to decline (don't have the time to do it) . I sincerely hope that this takes off because I have alot of questions and have appreciated the answers that I have gotten from this site.

I always liked John Hagee , I think he's a master in interpreting the book . He also wouldn't sugar coat anything . He gives it to you with both barrels , and the Truth doesn't care if you are offended

Just back from a very nice Good Friday service.

I don't mind commentary on biblical text.
Before we tee anything up, folks can click on the link for the seminary I attend to overview the heritage of DTS. There's a reason we came here for seminary education and training. Dallas Theological Seminary is world respected for its dispensational and literal teaching of Scripture and people who've checked into seminary education would know at any graduate level seminary, there are variations to the theology taught.

As an example, Union Seminary in NYC is renowned for its liberal theology. I did not attend there as I had no desire to learn a culturally shaped Gospel. I came to one of only a handful of seminaries that teach a very conservative approach to exegetical interpretation. Many scholarly books from professors like Dr. John Hannah, and Dr. Daniel Wallace, and quite a few more are used at other seminaries so some like me, come to where the scholars teach us with their books in person.

If you click on the link on my signature, you'll see DTS teaches its students all 66 Books of the Protestant Canon. It is non-denominational seminary that has produced a vast array of biblical scholars since 1924.
