With the Camera….A few pics from this week in the marsh. Quick little buggers lead to lots of the same problems as trying to shoot with a shotgun, always behind them. Lots of butt shots and wind tips that get deleted.
Thank Goodness for digital cameras, film would break the bank.

You shoot better on them with a camera then I do with a shotgun blush

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

Aren’t ducks amazing?

Teal season is one of my favorite hunting seasons. Good hunts here when conditions are right last less than 10 minutes, even with 5 or more hunters, but it’s special.

Green-wings are my favorite, Especially later in the season when drakes are colored out. Really challenging to pick out and shoot just drakes when big flocks are dumping into the decoys. Love it

The teal only season here is in those bluebird days of September. Nothing is going on, then suddenly a flock of teal come screaming in out of nowhere. If you're not paying attention and ready they're gone before you can shoulder your gun!

I can see in one picture that a bird has detected your shutter click and in banking hard.
Even the first picture the focal plane has been passed by the speedster, but still a outstanding photo.

Yes the cost in the old days would have been 53 cents per shutter shot, and the two week wait for Kodak to get it back

Wow, awesome!

I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!
